Custom development, design, automation, and related services are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW) signed before work begins. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW controls for that project.
Quotes and payment
Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Final scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in writing after discovery. Payment terms (typically milestone-based) are defined in your project agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how. Portfolio rights: we may display completed work and name clients in case studies unless you opt out in writing.

Checklists, articles, and starter code are provided “as is” for informational use. They do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.
Disclaimer
The site and materials are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abe Stack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to $100 USD unless a separate services agreement states otherwise.
